| Accept heterogenityVery often people try to standardize processes: inside a company across departments up to initiatives to achieve this across company borders. Many attempts failed, since it was not considered that this works out only locally (i.e. in a homogenous work environment). People who carry out different tasks must be able to do it according to different processes - otherwise their efficiency is affected.
